15. REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT refund on following cases

a) If any of our interior designers have understood the client’s requirement by visiting the site or have given design ideas to the client.

b) It is mandatory for the client to pay the company (as decided designing charges in the “Estimate”) for the design before we start making the design with the WhatsApp group. If the client is in arrears of the design, the company may file a suit under S / 406 or S / 420 of the Indian Penal Code for fraud or misappropriation of money in a court of competent jurisdiction to ensure that the dept is disposed of.

c) If the client has paid execution charges along with design fees, the company will refund the execution charges to the client within 48 hours without asking any questions.

d) If after placing the order by execution by the client, if the company has started the work by bringing the material, then the client can not raise a request for a refund.

e) If the company has started the work by ordering the material, the client is obliged to pay in total dues to the company in 15 days. otherwise, the company may file a suit under S / 406 or S / 420 of the Indian Penal Code for fraud or misappropriation of money in a court of competent jurisdiction to ensure that the dept is disposed of.
